Exciting News – The Foresters Golf Society is Moving to the Egham Con Club in 2026!
We’re thrilled to announce that The Foresters Arms Golf Society will have a brand-new home in March 2026 – at the Egham Constitutional Club!
After nearly 20 years of running the society, I’m delighted to see how our group continues to grow. The move marks an exciting new chapter for us, and we can’t wait to welcome both familiar faces and new members for another fantastic golf season.
⛳ About the Society
- We play 6 events each year, always on a Friday between March and October.
- Each golf day includes a bacon roll & coffee, 18 holes, a 1-course lunch, and a cash prize fund.
- Prizes include Nearest the Pins (5–6 per event) plus awards for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place.
- Entry fees are paid on the day, except for your first event, which must be paid in advance so we can set up your official Foresters Arms GS handicap.
- Our handicap system gives everyone a fair chance to win – no need to be Tiger Woods! Handicaps go up to 36, and women golfers are very welcome.
🏆 Season Highlights
- Champion of the Year – determined by your three best scores of the season.
- The final day in October includes our presentation and end-of-season jolly, where the champion receives a trophy to keep and their name on the society shield.
- No joining fee – play once and you’re in!

Benidorm Trip – Important:
A deposit for the Benidorm trip must be paid by the end of November 2025 to secure your place. Spaces are limited, so please get in touch early if you’d like to join us on this fantastic tour!
(Benidorm and Old Thorns trips are confirmed; other venues to be finalized.)
📱 How to Register
- Text your number to Max to register.
- You’ll receive a text 4–5 weeks before each event inviting you to play.
- If you commit to play, please note: cancellations must be made by midday on the Wednesday before the event. After that, the full cost will apply.
- To qualify for the annual championship, you must play in at least three of the six qualifying competitions (plus two on each trip).
